Bewitched Agatha Harkness regains her freedom thanks to the help of a young man. Intrigued by his appeal, she embarks on a journey of experimentation in the witches’ path to regain her powers and discover her teenage motivations. Stars Kathryn Hahn, Joe Locke, Sasheer Zamata, Debra Jo Rupp, and Ali Ann, along with showrunner Jac Schaeffer and executive producer Mary Livanos, share how they prepared for the Marvel show.

I feel sorry for those who dismiss this show because of a character’s sexual orientation. That’s not even the show’s specialty; it’s just a reference. It’s a little silly in its humor, but what Marvel project hasn’t delved into that silliness?

The show’s shock value is perfect for the Halloween season

I’m excited about the continued expansion of magical creatures in the MCU. My only concern would be whether the surprises teased in the store will actually be as surprising as they are, but that’s a common concern given previous MCU Disney+ shows. They don’t seem to be landing, but — damn — this is a good start.

I’m having fun so far

Hahn, Plaza, and LuPone seem to be having fun too! It may not be as serious and heavy as The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, but it’s certainly miles ahead of the absurdity of She-Hulk.
